A place to exhale

Rachel McBride Coaching logoYou’ve learned how to hold it together. Now it’s time to learn how to let it go.

What if you could stop holding it all together and finally learn how to let it go?

Imagine releasing the stress, pressure, and invisible responsibilities you’ve been carrying for so long without guilt, without needing to do more, and without waiting until you’re completely exhausted.

Because you weren’t meant to carry it all alone.

For the woman who keeps pushing through

No more exhaustion. No more surviving. No more waiting until you break.

You have spent years taking care of everyone else. Your family. Your work. Your responsibilities. Your endless to-do list.

You know this isn’t sustainable.

It’s time for you to be cared for.

You know what you need. Sometimes, you just need space to rediscover it.

Here’s the thing...

There’s a lot of talk out there about how to manage stress, be more productive, create more routines, and take better care of yourself.

But knowing what to do isn’t the problem.

The challenge is that stress doesn’t just live in your mind, it lives in your body. And until you learn how to release what you’re carrying, you’ll continue to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck.

No matter how many strategies you try.

Here’s what it looks like to hold it all together:

  • Your mind never seems to shut off
  • You keep pushing through because everyone depends on you
  • You don’t even know what you enjoy anymore
  • You feel like you’re always waiting for the next ball to drop
  • You worry that you can’t keep going at this pace

Here’s what it looks like when you learn how to let it go:

  • You wake up feeling calmer instead of overwhelmed by your to-do list
  • You stop running on empty and start listening to what you actually need
  • You find moments of peace in the middle of a busy life
  • You begin to enjoy your life again, not just manage it
  • You feel supported instead of carrying everything alone

This is your permission to stop holding it all together.

Rachel McBride Coaching creates a space to exhale, let go, and be supported so that you can feel like yourself again- even when you’ve forgotten what that feels like.

What would change if you finally had a place where you did not have to perform, explain everything, or keep pretending you were fine?

Meet Rachel...

I’m a mom of three, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Parent Coach, and educator with a Master’s Degree in Education. For over 25 years, I’ve supported individuals and families in creating healthier, more connected lives.

After years of balancing work, family, and caring for everyone else first, stress began showing up as chest pains and physical symptoms that I could no longer ignore. Learning to slow down, listen to my body, and embrace somatic healing transformed my life.

Today, I help women slow down, release stress, and reconnect with themselves through coaching, somatic practices, and supportive community. My hope is that you’ll find a space here where you feel seen, supported, and reminded that you don’t have to carry it all alone.

I’m so glad you’re here.
